It has been founded by:
Tor Erland FYKSEN (Co-Chair, LinkedIn )
Co-founder of Luxembourg Space Tech Angels (LSTA -2017) and co-chair/president of LSTA Asbl (2018).
Co-founder of two consumer banks, Bankia Bank AS (Norway, 2001) and Advanzia Bank SA (Luxembourg, 2005). Member of board of directors since inception of the latter. \r\nEstablishing enterprise risk management, credit risk analytics and scoring functions for credit risk management and internal control functions. Establishing functions for handling outsourcing strategies, ICT, fraud prevention, customer support and claims and collection management.
Previously several years of experience from managing large international procurement projects in the offshore engineering industry and the utilities sector. Also worked as management consultant and advisor engaged in change management projects, implementation of financial control systems and implementation of project management training programs for private and public organisations.

Fabrice Testa is a serial entrepreneur and a deep tech expert who successfully founded, co-founded or participated in the launch of multiple tech startups which created hundreds of jobs and generated multi-millions revenues.\r\n\r\n
Fabrice has knowledge/interest/experience in the following markets/technologies: Space Industry (upstream, downstream and exploration); Connectivity (Satellite, Broadcast, IoT); Digital Transformation (Imaging & Video, AdTech, Digital Marketing, Interactive & Immersive Retail Experiences, Mobile & Social Applications, FinTech, SaaS Platforms, Cloud Computing, High Performance Computing); AI & Robotics; Transport & Renewable Energy; Cryptocurrencies, blockchain and fintech
Fabrice is a Board Member of the Luxembourg Business Angel Network (LBAN). Passionate about space, Fabrice is an investor member of Space Angels, a founding co-chair member of the Luxembourg Space Tech Angels non-profit association. and a member of the EBAN Space Executive Committee.
Fabrice holds a Master in Business Management from Solvay Business School of Brussels as well as a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Liege. Fabrice has also completed an Executive Program in Strategy & Innovation at MIT Sloan School of Management and an Executive Program in Venture Capital at Berkeley Haas School of Business.
Sylvain WILLART (Treasurer, LinkedIn )
Sylvain Willart holds a PhD in Management Science, with a strong emphasis on statistics and data analysis, from Strasbourg and Louvain universities. During his academic carrier, he has led research projects with major retail groups as well as startups and data-analysis companies. He recently join a retail bank in Luxembourg where he is Senior Risk Analyst. He has developed a recent but fast growing interest in space economy.
